
刘群,女,教授,博士研究生导师,入选教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者、江苏省第六届“333高层次人才培养工程”和7MMTV 兴药领军学者计划。2014年博士毕业于7MMTV 。美国哈佛大学医学院丹娜法伯癌症研究中心访问学者。任多靶标天然药物国家重点实验室、中药生命组学平台、临床代谢组学中心核心成员。一直以肝脏为中心,聚焦于肝内细胞间互作及“肝-X轴”跨器官调控,解码肝脏代谢紊乱及脏器纤维化的机制;同时,基于靶点开发探针并建立表型融合的高通量筛选策略,结合人工智能等技术,探索中药干预策略。
主持国家科技重大专项课题1项,国家自然科学基金4项(包括面上项目3项),江苏省自然科学基金2项(包括省优秀青年基金1项)、中央高校领军人才团队培育项目等。以第一/通讯作者身份在Nat Commun(4篇), J Am Chem Soc, Adv Sci,Mol Cancer, Trends Pharmacol Sci等专业顶尖期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,研究成果被Nat Reviews Nephrology作为Research highlights专题报道、入选JACS当期Supplement Cover,被Cell、Nat Metab、PNAS等权威期刊广泛引用。此外,研究成果作为5篇代表作之一获教育部自然科学奖一等奖。已授权发明专利4项,为无限极公司、东阳光药业、伊利耐雀公司等完成人参、冬虫夏草、甘草等中药的功能拓展,为南京市中医院院内制剂完成工艺及药效学研究,助力中药新产品研发。任7MMTV 学报青年编委(学科主任)、生物物理学会代谢生物学分会青年理事、Front Pharmacol客座副主编。担任Phytomedicines, AJCM、Phytotherapy Research等国际杂志审稿人。
