  • (1)中药制剂新剂型与新技术:聚焦微粒给药、固体分散体、微针、缓控释及经皮给药等前沿技术,解决中药难溶、稳定性差、生物利用度低等瓶颈,构建高效可控的中药递药系统,具备热熔挤出、3D 打印等工艺专长。

    (2)中药新药开发:专注中药1类创新药、改良型新药、经典名方及医疗机构制剂的研发与申报,覆盖成药性评估、制剂关键技术攻关、质量标准提升、中试转化与产业化落地,推动成果临床转化。

    (3)中药制剂晶体学:以中药活性成分为对象,开展晶型、共晶、共无定形、液晶、纳晶的设计、制备与表征,建立晶型-性能关联评价体系,为中药成药性提升与质量控制提供科学支撑。

    (4)中药新型药用辅料:研发新型、功能化及绿色药用辅料,突破辅料-药物相互作用、成型性、可压性等关键技术;开创共晶中药新辅料研究方向,通过共晶技术改善传统辅料缺陷,解决中药提取物溶解性、吸湿性、成型性等理化性质问题。
