
李桢,教授,博士生导师。2019年于美国路易斯安那州立大学医学院获药理学博士学位。同年6月,加入该校心血管研究卓越中心从事博士后研究,并获得美国心脏学会(AHA)博士后基金资助。2022年任职于西达赛奈医疗中心,担任项目科学家。2023年入选国家高层次人才计划,并于次年全职加入7MMTV 。
长期致力于心脑血管疾病,特别是心脏疾病的病理生理机制研究及靶标发现工作,同时聚焦气体信号分子在调节代谢稳态中的作用及其对心血管系统生理与病理过程的影响。首次发现线粒体硫化氢合成酶3-MST为支链氨基酸代谢紊乱的关键调控因子,提出通过气体信号分子诱导线粒体代谢重编程以防治慢性心力衰竭的新策略。
多项重要研究成果发表于国际高水平学术期刊,包括JACS(2016)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(2017)、JACC: Basic to Translational Science(2019)、Nature Communications(2023)、Circulation Research(2018,2022,2023,2025)等。兼任 Cardiovascular Drugs and Therapy、Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology、Frontiers in Pharmacology、European Journal of Pharmacology、Journal of Enzyme Inhibition and Medicinal Chemistry 等期刊的同行评审专家。
